I know, I know...I was slacking! I'm just a tad busy with a crazy toddler and working two jobs now, but I still manage to take naps! And I will always choose sleep over anything. So with Oliver happily making a mess of the house I have a few minutes to update all of you who read this (mostly Lauren and maybe my mom)
So I'm at 18 weeks and feeling great! We'll be finding out the gender in just a few weeks. I'm dying to know. We're having a tough time on names and I think knowing the gender will help shove us in the right direction. I'm really slacking this time around though. Do you know I have not bought this child one single thing?! Can you believe it? Oliver had is entire life set out for him at this stage in the game. Not a single blanket, baby book,or onesie. I didn't even start reading Oliver "I'm a big brother" books yet. I think it may be my way of...I don't even know what.
(I just pulled a rock out of Oliver's mouth, in my bedroom for crying out loud! this kid will find a rock anywhere! Gheesh!)
My last Dr. appt. went really well. Heart beat was between 155 and 160, convincing my mother it is a girl. But the big news was that I hadn't gained ANY weight since my last appointment! Not a pound! So goes to show you you can live off of cereal, chocolate chips and Pop Tarts and not gain any weigh. Move over Micheal Phelps I found a new diet!
I'll put up some pictures of the bump when it starts looking like a bump and less like a beer gut. I'm starting to get those looks from people making me want to say "I'm not getting fat, I'm growing a human! What did you do today because I grew some kidneys?"
It's way too quiet.. you know what that means...Gotta run!
